Meet Our Founder

Anne Reiffenstein is a dynamic educator specializing in leadership development in the digital age. Drawing on her extensive military experience and a passion for multimedia development, Anne founded Retcs to create podcasts that cater to specific segments of the population.

Anne's most notable podcast was a limited-series podcast, Leadership Beyond the Trenches, which delves into Canadian military leadership at the institutional level.
She also launched The OUTCAN Experience, a podcast that narrates the lives of military families in Europe, which led to a partnership with Military Family Services Europe for bilingual production.

Anne is dedicated to making adult learning engaging and has designed curricula and learning activities that integrate game design, micro-learning, multimedia, and technology while maintaining a sharp focus on learning outcomes.

A frequent public speaker, Anne can provide presentations on a variety of subjects such as the use of AI in the classroom, Leader character development, and her personal story as one of the first women to serve in the Royal Canadian Artillery.

Currently, she is pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration, exploring 'Digital Wisdom' at the intersection of digital technology, judgment, and military leader development. Anne is also passionate about teaching and continues to engage with students in post-secondary classrooms and workshops.
