At Reiffenstein ETC Services, I help organizations do two things: build education and training programs that work, and share the knowledge behind them in ways people actually use.

With a 28-year background as a Canadian Armed Forces officer and a solid academic foundation, I bring a practitioner's eye to program review and a producer's skill to knowledge mobilization — so the plans I deliver are both sound and usable, and the content I produce actually reaches the people it's meant for.

Consulting 

I review existing education and training programs and develop clear, implementable plans to modernize them — including curriculum design as part of that process. This is grounded, practical work: assessing what's there, identifying what needs to change, and building a plan your team can actually execute.

Knowledge Mobilization

I produce podcasts and video content — from concept development through to publication — that translate research and expertise into content people actually engage with. Coaching Research to Results is a working example of this process end to end.
